Mr. Olowolafe Jr. is a married father of three, a registered real estate broker, business owner and philanthropist. Under Dream Maker Inc. created over the last decade, the vertical integration includes Brokerage, Wealth Management, Property Management, Education, Development, Private Equity and Insurance.

 

DreamMaker Development one of the vertical companies built the first major mixed-use development site (Condos/Townhouses/Retail), located across from Yorkdale Mall, called ‘Dream Residences @ Yorkdale’ and currently has over 10 other developments on the go in key locations around the Greater Toronto Area.

Mr. Olowolafe Jr. is the recipient of numerous awards and letters of recognition for his sales performance. Over the last 5 years, Mr. Olowolafe Jr. has gained recognition from some of the top Developers and Brokerages. Some of them include Tridel, Milborne Realty, Baker Realty, Cresford, Phantom Developments, and Plaza corp.

In 2010 Mr. Olowolafe Jr. established The Dream Maker Realty/Olowolafe Family Scholarship Award at the University of Toronto, the largest endowment for African Studies in any Canadian University.

He was has been awarded “The Harry Jerome Business Award”, “The Enterprise Business Award” by Planet Africa and was appointed board member of the Fundraising initiative of University of Toronto, New College in October 2013. Mr. Olowolafe Jr was awarded The Arbor Awards in September 2014, an award created in 1989 to recognize volunteers for their outstanding personal service to the University of Toronto.

He established a named donation to Ryerson University in January 2015 with a gift to the Student Learning Centre for the room now called ‘Isaac Jr. Olowolafe Digital Media Room’

In 2016 Mr. Olowolafe Jr. launched Dream Maker Ventures, a private equity firm launched to provide mentorship and capital to small and medium sized businesses in all industries. DMV has invested in various industries from Artificial Intelligence to Fintech and Virtual Reality.

In 2017 Mr. Olowolafe Jr. was awarded the Enterprise Award for business excellence at the Transformation Award and The Business Leadership Award by Leadership and Governance Canada Inc. He also solidified a partnership with Canada Basketball National Team, Making DreamMaker the New Jersey Sponsor. He also launchedDream Performance, which has a mandate to empower Performers with Financial Literacy.

To start the new year in 2018, Mr. Olowolafe Jr. launched Dream Legacy Foundation, a Foundation that will focus on providing resources and access to financial literacy and technology to different communities.

Mr. Olowolafe Jr. has taken investment inspiration from his parents, Isaac Sr. and Omolade Olowolafe who have been involved in Real Estate for over 2 decades.
